LEADER AND HIS TEAM Virtuous Leaders have being an important part in the upbringing of a good and successful team, my observation as a leader during the years makes me understand some principles between leader and team, but mind you a team is different from a group. While studying principles of management in school, I was made to understand a clear different between a group and a team. In a group, members often believes that if he or she is not there to do work, someone else would do it, and it may not be surprising that the job, at the end of the day would be done eventually by nobody, while In a team, members understands the importance of his individual contribution to the success of the team, he or she believes and contribute with one mindset towards the success and goals of the the team.
