COURAGE

Every leader set him or herself apart from the crowd by being courageous. 

There comes a certain time where a job or task will need to be done by an individual but no one would volunteer to get it done, it is courageous leader that can come out of the crowd and get the job done.

There come another time when no one want to step out and they are waiting on someone to make the decision, someone to visually say you can count on me, courageous leader will step out to do all this! What I have come to discovered Is that the best leaders are those, who have courage to do something that others dodge.

Being courageous leader is to step out and do things right. One thing about leaders is that when someone have the courage to do something, it gives others the courage to do so, that is why "courage is contagious"

Business leaders, entrepreneurs, writers, speakers, coach, intending leaders, young leaders and leaders the only word that can distinguish you from others who also want to do what you intend in doing is courage to start with the little capacity you have and step out to act on those ideas.

John C. Maxwell says:

"One leader with courage produces courageous leaders"

Remember 

As a leader when you make the right decision others will follow, that is leadership.
