LEADER AND HIS TEAM
Virtuous Leaders have being an important part in the upbringing of a good and successful team, my observation as a leader during the years makes me understand some principles between leader and team, but mind you a team is different from a group. While studying principles of management in school, I was made to understand a clear different between a group and a team.
In a group, members often believes that if he or she is not there to do work, someone else would do it, and it may not be surprising that the job, at the end of the day would be done eventually by nobody, while In a team, members understands the importance of his individual contribution to the success of the team, he or she believes and contribute with one mindset towards the success and goals of the the team.
In a team, the leader is there to drive them to achieve the goals of the team or to see opportunities to become successful in every difficulty the team come across. The major work is not on the leader because in a team it is believe that individual contribute greatly to the success of the team and work in hand together to see the team come out success, even in the absent of the leader.
Leader and his team, leader in such setting like this can be trace to be delegate leadership style, but the different here is that such leader build trust, unity, self confident in individuals and team spirit in the team. Leader and his team, is seeing yourself among committed elders, who are professionals in the field, where you are appointed to be the leader, whereas, you have little knowledge of what the field entails, but because of your leadership trait you were appointed. In such case the leader will have less work but just to build trust, unity, self confident among individual in the team and team spirit in the team.
In Nigeria today, our leaders have fail to understand and build this among their selves from the three levels of government, that it should be leader and his team (I.e President and his other government leaders), but they run the system to be leader and his group. Following the explanation I made earlier on about team and group you will notice that if our leaders run the system to be leader and his group with little input from the leader then the system will fail and lack good coordinating strength. To have a better Nigeria our leaders should be committed and understand the spirit behind team, also the president should also look Into in building trust, unity, confident in individual and team spirit among his fellow leaders. It pays to run leadership position among leader to be leader and his team rather than leader and his group.
Leaders get your followers and subordinate involve in the discission you made in attaining the goals..

In Conclusion,
"leaders should lead with a clear ideology"

How I start romancing, up till date. .................. .................... It all started in 2015, when i think of given out what I have within me, then I started romancing. I have little or no experience of what romance is, until I got the clear vision of what it is to romance and I have never for once regretted that I started romancing.
